A ground-up redesign of the NBL's ten-year-old app, built on a new multi-brand design system. New interaction models, CMS-driven layouts and live content brought fans closer to every game.

I built /experience-brief, a custom AI skill that turns a feature request into a complete design brief: the screens and components it touches, where they live, the impact and the research needed. Teams now start where three or four alignment meetings used to end. Connected to the NBL design system, the same workflow has produced 15+ prototypes for app and tablet.

I designed and built the WNBL website and all nine club sites in Webflow, running on one shared design system. Each club keeps its own colours and identity, but the layout, components and content structure are the same. New features roll out across all ten sites at once, and fans get a consistent experience whichever team they follow.
